Samatech is seeking Sales/Recruitment Junior Executives to join their fast growing Enterprise Sales Team

Our management team has a combined total experience of 30+ yrs. of extensive experience in the field of Sales, Business development, Account management, Client Relationship Management and Delivery for IT Services sales, Consulting Sales, Solutions sales and Managed Services for UAE region. We are privileged to engage with premium customers in UAE that come under Ports, Customs, Retail, Logistics, Government, Telecom, Banking & Finance, Construction, Real Estate, and Transportation Sectors. Our experience and expertise have enabled us to deliver on our customer’s strategies and vision resulting in several C-Suite engagements.

Skills and Experience:

  •  1-2 years’ Experience
  •  Cold Calling candidates and creating and updating CV Database
  • Cold Calling Prospects and Clients and updating Sales Logs and Generating Leads
  • Understand and create documentation for end-to-end businesses processes.
  • Focus on helping Team Leads in creating a robust sales pipeline
  • Participate in discussions with internal/external stakeholders – including Govt offices, vendors and suppliers.
  • Liaise with multiple client contacts and update process changes, contract renewals, flag new opportunities.
  • Ensure that various engagement documents, manuals, data sheets etc. are kept up to date.
  • Help Standardize engagement model and document best practices.
  • Help Update Sales Playbook

 

Technical Skills:

  • Google Suite (GDoc, GSheet, Gmail,etc)
  • MS-Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Adobe
  • Data management
  • Reports and dashboards

Personal characteristics:

  • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills and should be able to interact independently and manage stakeholders.
  • Self-driven high performer with a good fundamental knowledge of IT conceptsand terminologies.
  • Positive, collaborative, solution-oriented attitude with an attention to detail.
  • Should be proactive and a good team player.
